Order shipping

We offer free ground shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Switzerland.

Once your order ships, look out for a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the FedEx tracking number you receive to track domestic shipments through www.fedex.com.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any changes to orders once they are placed. Due to security purposes, once an order has been verified, we cannot modify or change a shipping address.

International customers are liable for all import taxes and/or other taxes that will be charged by the specific country. Once your order ships, look out for a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the FedEx tracking number you receive to track shipments through www.fedex.com. Return

We want to make your order as riskfree as possible. If you are not satisfied with our solution, you can claim your money back within 30 days of your order. 

Simply send an e-mail to our support team at and the process will be initialized.

As a requirement to get your money back, the Liquidtool Sensor 01 must not be obviously defective.  

Some things just don’t work out. Please let us know that you want to return the Liquidtool Sensor 01 and we will issue a collection through FedEx. Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
