OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
IMPORTANT: These are the official rules and regulations guidelines for LIQUIDTOOL contests. Please read and understand these guidelines before entering. By entering, each entrant knows and understands that they are satisfied with all requirements regarding the rule’s terms and conditions. This Contest is not sponsored/endorsed/associated nor administrated by LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. The participant who is entering cannot and is unable to hold LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook liable for anything that could transpire for the Contest’s duration.
No purchase necessary
Conditions of participation in competitions and raffles must abide by Swiss Law.
1. How to enter;
The contest will begin on February 29th 2024 at 12:00 Central European Time (CET). To participate, entrants must have access to the internet and, a valid respective social media platform, valid email address and answer the skill-testing question accordingly. The entrance to the contest will come directly from Liquidtool.com. For a second entry, the participant will follow these three steps: 1) FOLLOW: @liquidtool_sys 2) Share this post on your story and tag @liquidtool_sys 3) TAG your employer and friends (Business & personal accounts accepted)
One valid entry will be randomly be selected using an algorithm or a manual raffle variant in Hasle-Rüegsau, Switzerland on April 3rd at 12:00 Central European Summer Time (CEST).
2. Contest period
The contest takes place from February 29th, 2024, at 12:00 Central European Time (CET) to April 3rd, at 12:00 Central European Summer Time (CEST). After that, no further entries will be selected, and the Contest will be deemed “closed.”
3. Eligibility
The Contest is open to everyone in the metal working industry that must be affiliated with a verified machining company.
4. Prizing
There is one available prize. The winning contestant will win a AutoPilot Single , 12-month Subscription, and LIQUIDTOOL Merchandise, Cleaning Kit with hard shell Liquidtool Case. This prize holds a value of 1578.00 CHF . Odds of winning are deemed on the number of valid entries through the duration of the Contest. Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, and no substitutions are permitted by the winner. Substitutions can, however, be made by LIQUIDTOOL Systems AG with a prize of a greater or equal value. All prizes will be sent by FedEx.
5. Awarding the prize
The winner will be notified via email and or LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook with a direct message within 7 days following the Contest’s closing. The winner must respond with a direct message to claim their prize. If the winner does not contact the administrator within 48 hours, another winner will be declared randomly.
6. Conditions
The winner must sign a declaration regarding their understanding of the compliance with the LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook and partner company from any liability resulting from the Contest. By entering the Contest and accepting the prize, the entrant of the Contest agrees upon releasing all parties from any liability whatsoever and wave any cause of action regarding claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of, or in connection with, the Contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (including without limitation claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
7. General Information
The contest administrators’ decisions are final, and each entrant agrees on all instructions and decisions made by LIQUIDTOOL Systems AG and the administrator. In the unlikely circumstances that there is a dispute between the contestants and the administrator, the administrator will prevail. All of the entries become the property of LIQUIDOOL Systems AG. Any entry tampered with, incomplete, altered, containing false information will be deemed invalid. LIQUIDTOOL Systems AG is not responsible for technical difficulties on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, internet connection, telephone provider network, or any other transitions throughout the contest period.
8. Liability

9.Errors
LIQUIDTOOL Systems AG cannot be held liable for any errors that may occur during this Contest, including advertising, official rules, selection process, and the distribution of any prize. This list includes these statements but is not limited to them. LIQUIDTOOL Systems AG has the right to terminate this Contest at any time or change the official rules at any time. This can be done without giving notice to its contestants.
10. Termination and modifications
For whatever reason that this can occur, and the Contest cannot run according to planed due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, natural causes that are out of LIQUIDTOOL Systems AG’s control, the Contest can be terminated or modified in any way that they deem fit.
11. Laws and regulations
This Contest will be governed by the Swiss government’s laws and regulations under the jurisdictions of BERN (Switzerland) If there is any league action that must take place, it will take place in BERN (Switzerland). In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect. They shall be construed following their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
12. Disqualifications
LIQUIDTOOL Systems AG has the sole right and discretion to disqualify any individual they see tampering, violating rules and regulations, or acting unsportsmanlike and disrespectfully with the intentions of harm, abuse, annoy or have inappropriate comments towards people, accounts, or the product, can and will be disqualified.
13. Final statement
The Contest is subject to the complete rules and regulations and all applicable federal and local laws and regulations. Being a participant in this Contest, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and abide by all terms and conditions decided by LIQUIDTOOL Systems AG. These terms and conditions are understood and agreed upon by every contestant who enters. You also understand that this Contest is not sponsored/endorsed/associated nor administrated by LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. All federal and local regulations apply.
