With the Liquidtool Manager, Izak Domgjoni can now quickly and easily make changes to the parameters, which quickly become visible in the coolant tanks.
Time saving and increased service life
In addition to the considerable time savings, Domgjoni also reports an extended service life for the coolant and the milling cutters.
Previously, new concentrate had to be ordered every six months, but the current drums have been in use for over seven months and the fill level is still sufficient.
Some milling cutters have also achieved a constant service life of 140 minutes, which makes costing and forward planning easier.
Improved product quality
Product quality has also improved. There is less residue and the machines run more cleanly. These improvements contribute to greater efficiency and reliability in the production process.
