How does the application process work?

HOW DOES THE APPLICATION PROCESS WORK?You apply online through our form. After a quick screening, we invite you to a short video call. Next comes a technical conversation with the team and - depending on the role - a small case or coding task. The final step is an on-site or extended remote interview.
Can I work remotely?

CAN I WORK REMOTELY?Yes. Many roles are hybrid or remote-friendly. We align within each team, but regular on-site days for workshops, planning and team events remain important to us.
Do I need German skills? DO I NEED GERMAN SKILLS?Our internal working language is English in many Teams. For some customer-facing roles, very good German is required. The language requirements are always specified in the job posting.
I have no experience with coolant management or manufacturing. Will I get an introduction? I HAVE NO EXPERIENCE WITH COOLANT MANAGEMENT OR MANUFACTURING. WILL I GET AN INTRODUCTION?Absolutely. Nobody is expected to join with deep coolant management expertise. We onboard you step by step, provide a clear introduction to the industry, our products and workflows, and ensure you can ramp up quickly. You will learn everything you need on the job, supported by your team and through hands on training.
