FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What does “Organized Shop Floor” mean in Liquidtool?
One central dashboard showing all machines, coolants, measurements, and statuses in real time.
What can I see in the dashboard?
Machine status, last measurements, trends, deviations, and open tasks.
Who is the dashboard for?
Operators, supervisors, quality, and management. Everyone sees what matters for their role.
How does this improve daily operations?
Less searching, faster decisions, and immediate visibility of issues.
Less searching, faster decisions, and immediate visibility of issues.
Yes. Filter by site, line, machine, coolant or status.
What about warranty?
With our subscription service, you get 100% lifetime warranty.
What happens if one machine is filled with 10% concentration and the next with 4%?
The residual coolant volume in the pipe is negligible compared to the total fill volume. Thanks to precise, automated mixing, each machine always receives the correct target concentration, even when different concentrations are used consecutively.
How do you prevent overflow?
Overflow is prevented by multiple safety layers, including fill limits, daily volume limits, continuous monitoring of filled coolant, and redundant level measurement using hydrostatic and ultrasonic sensors.
