How does Liquidtool know how much to refill?

Based on level signals, rules, and defined targets. The system calculates and executes automatically. It measures and refills multiple times per day to keep concentration and temperature stable. This improves production stability and quality.
Do operators still need to mix coolant manually?

No. The system prepares the correct mixture and fills automatically.
How many machines can I connect to one SmartFiller? Up to 10 machines. The SmartFiller must be installed next to or above a coolant drum and requires a water supply. Pricing is the same regardless of how many machines are connected.
Can automated coolant filling work together with manual measurements? Yes. Manual and automated processes run in the same platform with one data history.
What happens if something goes wrong? Liquidtool detects deviations and triggers alerts so you can act before production is affected. In most cases, we identify and resolve issues remotely before you even notice. If not, we contact you and solve it together. Spare parts or replacement hardware are provided free of charge as part of the subscription. As a fallback, you can always manually fill the tank.
What about warranty? With our subscription service, you get 100% lifetime warranty.
What happens if one machine is filled with 10% concentration and the next with 4%? The residual coolant volume in the pipe is negligible compared to the total fill volume. Thanks to precise, automated mixing, each machine always receives the correct target concentration, even when different concentrations are used consecutively.
How do you prevent overflow? Overflow is prevented by multiple safety layers, including fill limits, daily volume limits, continuous monitoring of filled coolant, and redundant level measurement using hydrostatic and ultrasonic sensors.
