Upgrading, downgrading & cancellation

Mininal terms

AUTOPILOT carries a 2-year minimum term whether you bill monthly or yearly. Upgrades (adding machines) are pro-rated as described under Invoices & payment methods. Downgrading or cancelling before the minimum term ends is not possible.

Cancellation & renewal

Automatic yearly renewal unless cancelled in writing at least 2 months before the end of the term (an email to support@liquidtool.com is sufficient).
