HEALTH CHECKs

We run our own health check every working day (Monday to Friday, business hours). We look for devices in an error state, devices that dropped off, machines that haven't reported in 2 hours, and tanks under their top-up trigger level.

MALFUNCTIONS

Real malfunctions get dealt with right away; anything else gets you a heads-up before it becomes a problem. To be clear: it's a daily snapshot, not constant real-time monitoring, and it won't catch every possible issue.
