AUTOPILOT contract terms

AUTOPILOT is a subscription, not a one-off purchase. The terms, short version:

  • Minimum term: 2 years, whether you are billed monthly or yearly.
  • Billing cycle: monthly (credit card only) or yearly (invoice or credit card).
  • Upgrades: adding a machine during your term is an upgrade and is billed pro-rated until your next renewal date (see Invoices & payment methods).
  • Downgrading or cancelling before the end of the 2-year minimum term is not possible.
